Marijuana law's are very different from state to state and from county to county for instance if you live in California and possess 28.5 g of marijuana or less it is a misdemeanor but if you live in Florida and possess the same amount of marijuana it is a felony and you could be incarcerated for up to 5 years so as you can see it is very important to know the law's for your particular state and county.
